As far as the possibility exists to enter personal or business data (electronic mail addresses, names, postal addresses), the disclosure of such data by the user occurs on a purely voluntary basis. The usage of, and payment for, all offered services is permitted- insofar as technically possible and feasible- without divulging such data, respectively under specification of anonymous data or a pseudonym. The use in the context of the registration information or comparable specifications of published contact information, such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers, as well as electronic addresses by third-parties for the transmission of not expressly requested information, is not permitted. The right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam messages in the case of the breach of this prohibition is expressly reserved.
